Allison Aryal has practiced Family Law exclusively since receiving her Texas Law License in 2012. She has extensive experience representing individuals in complex divorce, often involving high net asset property division, unique parenting plans and non-traditional child custody matters. She is a strong advocate and trusted counsel while prioritizing clients' goals and focusing on their desired outcome.
Ms. Aryal received her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, where she interned at both the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Nebraska and the Public Defender's Office in their Juvenile Justice Division in Chicago. Her studies were focused on Family Law and Legal Negotiations, where she advanced to compete on a national level in the American Bar Association's Negotiating for Lawyers competition and won the coveted CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Negotiations. Allison spent many years practicing in boutique family law firms in the Dallas Metroplex before starting her own boutique firm to focus on amicable divorce and pre-divorce guidance.
Allison thrives on providing client’s with a boutique experience. Allison understands the frustration, anxiety, and uncertainty that comes with divorce. She expertly and seamlessly insulates clients from dealing with the hardest aspects of the divorce process and shoulders that burden for them, so they can focus on shaping how their future will look.
Prior to attending law school, Allison was a teacher in Chicago for many years. While still caring deeply about helping families, Allison’s passion now lies at the intersection between family law and education. Her clients are not only represented and guided through their legal matters with curated personal attention, but also are taught about the legal process and the varying options available when deciding how their future post divorce will look.
Allison is very experienced in representing clients in all types of divorce and child custody cases, successfully trying matters in Dallas, Collin and Denton counties in the North Texas DFW metroplex. These experiences highlight that the most successful divorces occur when clients are knowledgable about the legal process and the potential outcomes of their case, and are able to prepare both personally and financially before starting their legal case. Sometimes that is not an option, in which case we will work through the hurdles together. Commitment to an amicable resolution always serves clients best by providing a more efficient, less expensive, out of court experience which reduces conflict and extra “noise” that is not necessary in a divorce. If one party chooses an amicable approach but the other does not, Allison’s experience can meet that match head-on in court, if necessary, although she always starts with an amicable approach.
Each divorce case is unique and so are the people behind it. It is crucial to understand the divorce process, the different paths available to choose in shaping your future, and understanding how those choices will play-out in real life. Take the time to learn what you need to know and how to privately prepare for divorce before ever starting the legal process, or learn these valuable insights while going through your divorce with Allison as your guide.
